Eque2 is a UK construction software vendor whose Evaluate estimating, Construct job costing and Evision ERP products give contractors and housebuilders one commercial and financial system.

What Eque2 does
Evaluate is Eque2's estimating and tendering product. Estimators build bills from templates, historic projects and rate libraries, including Laxton's SMM7 and NRM2 price books, run on-screen takeoff from PDF, CAD and BIM files linked to the bill, import and export client bills of quantities, send supplier and subcontractor enquiries through a portal, and settle tenders with prelims, overheads, profit and risk.
Approved budgets can flow into Construct, job costing and contract management for businesses up to about £25 million turnover that integrates with Sage 50, Sage 200, Sage Intacct and Xero, or into Evision, a cloud ERP for larger contractors and housebuilders built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Eque2 also sells Evision Housebuilding and Miracle payroll for Business Central, and in 2026 it acquired cloud estimating company Chalkstring.
Eque2 is based in Maidenhead, Berkshire, with an office in Newcastle, and says it serves more than 3,000 construction businesses. Private equity firm WestBridge backed a £46.5 million management buyout in December 2020. Pricing is not published and is quoted after a demo.
