02

What Oracle Primavera Unifier does

Primavera Unifier helps owners, program managers and large contractors run capital projects and the assets they produce. It covers budgets, forecasts, cash flow, funding sources, contracts and change orders, risk registers, punch lists and closeout, plus facilities work such as maintenance, inspections, space and lease management.

Most of the product is built on configurable business processes with routing, conditional approvals and multistage reviews, set up in the no-code uDesigner tool or started from an Accelerator base with 125+ business processes and 350+ dashboards and reports. It links cost and schedule with Primavera P6 and Oracle Primavera Cloud for earned value, and integrates with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, Docusign, Adobe Acrobat Sign and Bluebeam through REST APIs and OCI integration services. Recent releases add AI workflow summaries and AI invoice intake, and the iOS and Android app works offline. The 26.4 release is cloud-only; earlier versions were also offered on-premises.

Unifier came to Oracle with its 2012 purchase of Skire and is now part of Oracle Construction and Engineering. Oracle Corporation, founded in 1977 and based in Austin, Texas, is publicly traded. Oracle does not publish Unifier prices; licensing is quoted through sales, and there is no public free trial.
