02

What Procore does

Procore gives construction teams one platform for running projects from preconstruction to closeout. Core tools cover RFIs, submittals, drawings and documents, daily logs, punch lists, inspections, observations, incidents, bidding, budgets, commitments and change orders, with web and mobile apps that keep office and field on the same data.

The App Marketplace lists 500+ integrations, including accounting and ERP systems, scheduling and document tools, and an open API. Procore AI adds prebuilt agents that draft RFIs, review submittals and turn field photos or voice notes into daily logs. In January 2026 Procore acquired AI company Datagrid to improve data connections and automation, and in September 2026 it completed its roughly $845 million cash purchase of DroneDeploy, adding drone and robot reality capture.

Procore Technologies, Inc. was founded in 2002 and is based in Carpinteria, California. It listed on the NYSE (PCOR) in 2021, reported $1.3 billion in 2025 revenue and had 4,421 full-time employees at the end of 2025. Pricing is a custom annual quote based mainly on the products bought and annual construction volume, with no per-user fees for most customers and unlimited data storage.
