What Archdesk does
Archdesk brings the office and the site into one system. Teams handle estimating, bid management and proposals in preconstruction, then run the project with scheduling, RFIs, document control and a risk register. On the finance side, it covers budgets, job costing, change orders, payment applications and invoicing, with procurement, supplier and subcontractor management built in.
Field crews use the Archdesk Mobile app on iOS and Android for site diaries, timesheets, QA/QC and health and safety forms. The company says the platform includes more than 30 modules under one subscription, with no per-module upsell, and that external collaborators such as subcontractors and clients join for free. It connects to accounting tools such as Xero, QuickBooks Online, NetSuite and Sage.
Archdesk is aimed at general and specialty contractors (MEP, fit-out, roofing, steel), owners and developers, and energy and infrastructure firms, from small teams to companies with 250+ employees. It was founded in 2015, operates offices in London, Kraków and Dubai, and is backed by Beringea, Credo Ventures and Manta Ray.
