What B2W Software does
B2W Estimate is built for unit-price heavy civil bidding, with a central cost database, crew and pay item templates, RFQ management, automated DOT bidding, change order management and mobile estimating. B2W Schedule assigns people, equipment and materials across jobs, B2W Track captures field time, quantities and production against the estimate, the B2W Employee App handles individual time entry, and B2W Maintain manages equipment work orders and preventive maintenance.
Because the modules share one platform, estimate data flows into scheduling and field tracking and on to ERP and accounting systems. Users can import Excel tables and vendor and subcontractor quotes, and the suite is available as standalone software or in the cloud. Customers include MasTec, Henkels & McCoy and Mortenson.
B2W began in 1993 as Niche Software in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, and was acquired by Trimble in September 2022. It is sold in Basic, Professional and Enterprise tiers, and pricing is available on request.
