Clear Estimates starts from more than 500 remodeling project templates: users pick a template, enter dimensions and get an itemized estimate priced from a cost library of over 12,000 items localized to more than 400 US areas and updated quarterly. An AI Scope Assistant can draft an estimate from a plain-language job description.
Estimates become branded proposals with pre-written contract language that homeowners can e-sign without an account, and approved estimates can be converted into invoices with card or ACH payments. Change orders are supported, QuickBooks Online and Desktop integrate on every plan, and the Pro plan adds Buildertrend and CRM integrations and multi-user access.
Clear Estimates says it has served more than 50,000 contractors over 20 years. Standard costs $59 per month billed annually ($79 monthly), Pro $99 per month billed annually ($119 monthly) with extra users at $9 per month, and Franchise starts at $199 per month billed annually. All plans include a 30-day free trial and no contract.
