Estimate Rocket helps contractors produce branded estimates and proposals from item templates, pricing and markup tools, including cost-based estimating. Its Client Hub CRM tracks leads, customers and follow-ups, drag-and-drop scheduling handles sales appointments and crews, and jobs move on to invoicing, payments and cash flow tracking with basic project management and business reports.
The platform runs as a mobile-friendly web app; offline access is in development. Integrations include QuickBooks Online, Zapier, YouCanBookMe for client self-scheduling and CompanyCam for job photos, and Estimate Rocket has partnerships with painting industry groups.
