What ConEst IntelliBid does

IntelliBid comes in Standard, Plus and Pro editions. It ships with more than 140,000 material items and over 500,000 prebuilt assemblies, applies automatic labor factoring for height, floors and run lengths, and lets estimators reuse job specs, break bids into phases and export to Excel. Higher editions add smart substitution with NEC tables, count sheets, job-specific assemblies, change orders, proposal templates and bid analysis.

SureCount digital takeoff counts and measures from electronic drawings and feeds quantities into IntelliBid, and material pricing services such as NetPricer, EPIC and TRA-SER (licensed separately) compare prices from up to 10 local suppliers. Conest Connect adds analytics and reporting. IntelliBid installs on a local PC or network or runs through the CE Cloud platform from Windows, Mac or Chromebook browsers.

ConEst is based in Londonderry, New Hampshire, has served the electrical industry since 1989 and is part of JDM Technology Group. Pricing depends on edition and number of users and is quoted after a demo.
