What ConstructionOnline does
ConstructionOnline combines estimating and project control in one system. Estimators build estimates and takeoffs, which carry into budgets, job costing, change orders and invoicing. Project teams run Gantt schedules, daily logs, RFIs, submittals and punch lists, and collect eSignatures on documents.
Clients and subcontractors get their own portals, and the platform includes more than 150 reports and dashboards plus an AI Copilot. It integrates with QuickBooks Online and Enterprise, Outlook, Zapier, HubSpot and DocuSign. Reviewers rate support and onboarding especially well, while QuickBooks sync and the learning curve draw the most complaints.
UDA Technologies is based in Auburn, Alabama, and says ConstructionOnline has more than 950,000 users in over 75 countries. Since October 2025 the Basics package is priced per user: $199 per month (or $1,999 per year) for the first user and $30 per month for each additional user, with unlimited projects and a 10-day free trial.
