What JobTread does

JobTread covers the full job lifecycle for builders and trade contractors. Sales tools include a CRM, a cost catalog, estimating, takeoffs, proposals with e-signatures and bid requests. Project tools cover tasks and scheduling, daily logs, time tracking, forms, files and photos, specifications and workflows, while job finances include budgets, change orders, purchase and work orders, AIA-style payment applications, vendor bills and customer invoices.

Customers, subcontractors and vendors each get a free portal for selections, messages, documents and online payments. JobTread syncs with QuickBooks Online and lists integrations with Home Depot, SRS Distribution, QXO, EagleView, CompanyCam, Gusto, Stripe and Zapier, plus an AI connector for ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini and an open API.

JobTread Software is based in Dallas, Texas, and is led by founder and CEO Eric Fortenberry.
