Projul
All-in-one construction management for contractors, with CRM, estimates, scheduling, invoicing and flat-rate pricing.
Overview
Projul is construction management software for residential and commercial contractors that combines CRM, estimating, scheduling, job costing, invoicing and field time tracking in one app. It is sold at flat monthly rates by user tier rather than per seat.
Best for: Residential and specialty contractors who want one flat-priced app from lead to invoice.
What Projul does
Projul is a cloud-based construction management app aimed at contractors, remodelers, home builders and specialty trades. It covers the full job cycle from lead capture and estimating through scheduling, job costing, invoicing and payments, with a client portal and mobile apps for field crews.
Teams can turn estimates into tasks and schedules, track progress on Gantt charts, log time with geo-fenced clock-ins, record daily logs and photos, and send progress or service invoices with e-signatures. Projul syncs estimates, invoices, payments, time and customers with QuickBooks Online, takes card and ACH payments through JustiFi, pulls live cost data from 1build and connects to other apps through Zapier. Newer features include AI Connect and Spanish translation in the field app.
Projul Inc. was founded in 2019 by contractor Kurt Clayson and is based in St. George, Utah.
