What Wrike does
Wrike is a general project and work management tool. It offers tasks and subtasks, interactive Gantt charts with dependencies, kanban boards, calendars, custom item types and workflows, request forms, automations, proofing, dashboards and reports, plus workload, resource and time tracking on higher tiers. Construction and AEC teams use it for design and pre-construction workflows, project schedules and approvals.
Wrike runs on the web and on iOS, Android, Windows and Mac, and Software Advice lists close to 170 integrations, including Microsoft Teams, Slack, Google Workspace, Salesforce and Jira. Enterprise tiers add advanced security and admin controls.
Founded in 2006 by Andrew Filev, Wrike was owned by Citrix from 2021 and has been owned by Symphony Technology Group since July 2023. It has a free plan; Team costs $10 per user per month and Business $25 per user per month, both billed annually, while Pinnacle and Apex are quote-based. A 14-day free trial is available.
