The platform gives precon managers, estimators and executives one shared record of cost, scope and schedule, and lets general contractors bring owners into the process. Its AI-powered precon features, branded Amplify, use agentic AI to support preconstruction work.
ConCntric was founded by CEO Steve Dell'Orto, a former general contractor, and raised a $10 million Series A led by 53 Stations in October 2025. It is sold on annual agreements that include unlimited seats, projects and data storage; pricing is available from the vendor.
