Ediphi

Ediphi gives preconstruction teams customizable estimate templates and workflows, area sheets, unit-based estimating, LMSEO cost breakdowns, above-the-line markups and estimate milestones that track cost from budget to GMP. A unit price catalog centralizes pricing, benchmarked projects feed conceptual cost models, and general conditions budgets, bid packages, bid leveling and buyout are handled in the same platform.

Estimators can keep working in Excel through an add-in, and Ediphi connects to takeoff tools such as Togal.AI and On-Screen Takeoff, as well as CRM and workforce planning tools, through an open API. Recent releases include a project grid view and export to estimate, and the company launched the Ediphi Academy certification program and completed a SOC 2 Type II examination in 2026.

Ediphi was founded by CEO Dustin DeVan, who previously founded BuildingConnected, and is based in Boston. It raised a $6.5 million seed round led by Suffolk Technologies and a $12 million Series A led by Norwest Venture Partners in 2024, and counts DPR Construction and Hensel Phelps among its enterprise customers. The Standard plan costs $3,600 per user per year for teams of five to ten users; larger plans are quoted.
